Ms. Padmini Ratnayake

Ms. Padmini Ratnayake is a Retired Senior Govt. Servant of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service. She held the post of Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Labour Relations & Foreign Employment prior to retirement and following that was the Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Employment and the Minister of Justice and Prison reforms Sri Lanka. At present, she is the Advisor to Hon Minister of Labour and Foreign Employment, Sri Lanka. She engaged with Local and International Consultancies, working on Labour Migration with Country and Regional Offices of the ILO, IOM, UN Women, ISEC & SDC as an External Consultant mainly on policy formulation.
